The delivery deadline for this project will only begin after confirmation through electronic receipt of all information necessary for the execution of services: the project's technical, landscaping, reference photos for colour, textures in application of materials, and other necessary elements for development.

The pricing structure depends on the scale of the project, the amount of images, the level of detail required, and the availability of supporting materials. For instance, if only technical drawings in DWG format are provided, we would need to create the entire 3D model from scratch, which would be reflected in the final budget. To ensure the best results, we encourage you to provide as much relevant information as possible. This may include technical drawings, DWG files, 3D models, mood boards with desired materials and objects, photos/videos, and any other materials you believe will enhance our understanding of the project. The more comprehensive the input, the more streamlined and accurate the process will be.

After the delivery of the first image, this budget provides up to two reviews per image, which will limit changes to the finish, lighting, materials, texture, and composition, not including any changes to the architectural design. If additional revisions are necessary, a quote will be forwarded according to the number of adjustments requested.
